Charles is a genuine story teller. His work is often plucked from the threads of time and and is evident in the historical art and illustrated stories he has compiled over the years.
Born with a hearing disability Charles never learned how to read or write, which helps to create a more unique perspective than most. Though Charles has had disadvantages he has continued to develop his artistic talents. With no formal training throughout the years he has managed to have his work displayed at many prominent galleries including Portland’s OMSI museum.
